Marketing + Community Specialist

Who we are:


We hit the Boston streets in 2011 serving up Asian-inspired eats at a time when fresh food from a truck was hard to come by. Seven years later, we have made the move to brick-and-mortar (in Boston and Cambridge), and our rainbow fleet of food trucks still creates gathering spots for people looking to step outside for their meal. Our mission is to cultivate a playful dining experience in our whimsical indoor/outdoor spaces by serving dishes that may seem familiar but feature our own twist.

Who we’re looking for:


We are a company that doesn’t stand still (a lot of our business is literally on wheels, after all!) and we need a Marketing + Community Specialist who can innovate with our branding, community engagement, and customer experience. This role is driven by community-building: with our community of customers, the communities in which we operate, and our on-site teams who will build relationships with customers.  We are seeking somebody who will build a vision for our brand and get people excited about that vision.

Areas of responsibility:


  • Brand development: we’ve been updating our branding this past year and we still have a lot of projects -- including updating our website, designing new uniforms, and creating new food packaging
  • Menu development: create a framework for seasonal menu changes + design the process for testing new menu items
  • Customer experience: manage the customer experience for people who order online, from our team members, or from our in-store kiosks and field feedback from customers
  • Design: be a part of the team that designs our restaurant spaces and take the lead on the front of house + external design
  • PR/events: seek opportunities to reach potential customers at events + in media, refine our messaging, and organize events in our spaces
  • Social media: create content + engage with customers
