Summer Intern- Sustainability & Impact - Asset Management

This internship opportunity is within the Company’s Investment Department, specifically working with our Sustainability and Impact Investment team. The intern assigned will have the opportunity to work on various assignments alongside Analysts and/or Portfolio Managers throughout the summer. The primary role of the intern will be to research corporate social responsibility and sustainability practices of publicly held companies. This research will help to guide discussions with these companies and work with them to improve their environmental, labor and human rights practices.

• Technical skills, including Excel
• Corporate culture
• Being part of a strong team

Position Qualifications

Currently pursuing degrees in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Studies, Environmental Economics, Social Justice/Environmental Justice or Engineering preferred

Knowledge:             A strong interest in global sustainability, environmental and social issues

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Skills:          Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong professionalism; ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; detail-oriented; accurate and timely follow up and responsiveness; highly discrete
