MarTech Product Manager, Test & Target

The Product Manager of Adobe Test & Target is responsible for running the multi variant testing and Personalization efforts on Aetna’s digital assets. This includes the analytic analysis of the results to maximize key KPIs.
 
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Aetna organization to understand, vet and enhance business requirements to drive a better Digital experience for our customer.
 
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years related experience with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility.
5 years of website management and definition experience
3 years experience with marketing A/B testing, personalization and optimization experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams across a large enterprise
Experience with web analytics
Experience with Adobe Target & Analytics a plus


EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
